Analy blitzed Petaluma in the first quarter, opening a 24-5 lead en route to a dominating 53-35 win in the semifinals of the SCL girls postseason tournament on Thursday night at Analy.

The Tigers, who have won 20 consecutive games, shot 64 percent in the first quarter, using a full-court man-to-man defense to cause turnovers that they turned into fast-break layups.

Jordan Shyne led Petaluma with 14 points.
