The freshman hit a high chopper that allowed Sarah Anderson to race home from third base with the winning run.

With the score 8-8, Santa Rosa loaded the bases with no outs in the seventh on consecutive singles by Anderson, MaKenzie Kearns and Karina Banks.
Navarro then hit a high chopper that shortstop Katie Smallcomb fielded cleanly and threw home. Anderson, however, was able to slide under the tag.

Santa Rosa is now 10-2 and 5-2 in league. Ukiah is 4-2 in league and 5-4 overall.
