NOTABLE

The Analy girls went undefeated in dual meets and won the SCL Championships, defeating Healdsburg.

This marks the fifth SCL title for the Analy girls in the last eight years.

Double winners on the girls side included Analy’s Rebecca Baxley (100 fly, 100 back) and Petaluma’s Riley Scott (200 IM, 100 breast).

Analy freshman Christy Schlutius won the 200 free (2:05.24).

The Analy girls swept all three relays.

El Molino captured multiple girls events including the 100 free (Megan Warren) and 500 free (Christine Lewis).

The Analy boys edged out the Healdsburg boys (undefeated in dual meets this year) to win the SCL championships. This marks the first SCL championship win since 2008. Healdsburg and Analy share the SCL title.

Double winners on the boys side include Jonathan Knox from Analy (200 free, 100 butterfly) and Nate Kuhn from Analy (100 free, 100 back).

Analy also took the title in the 500 free from freshman Luke Ressler and won both 200 free relay and 400 free relay.

MEET RECORDS

Analy sophomore Jonathan Knox broke his own record in the 200 freesyle, swimming the distance in 1:42.37 in today’s finals.

Analy’s Rebecca Baxley also broke the 100 butterfly record by 0.16 with a time of 57.81. The previous record was held by Windsor’s Micaela Luders (2012).

Petaluma’s Riley Scott also broke the 100 breaststroke record by 0.50 with a time of 1:04.83. The previous record was held by Windsor’s Kelsey Louden from 2008.
