Dominated SCL with 12-0 mark. Tigers won league by three games.

3. MARIA CARRILLO

Pumas have the pitching to make deep NCS run. Staff allows average of two runs per game.

4. CARDINAL NEWMAN

Cardinals snapped Casa’s win streak at 21 with 4-2 road win last Wednesday.

5. RANCHO COTATE

Top Cougars hitters in regular season were Ryan Walsh (.365) and Ryan Haug (.327).

Trojans taking 21-game win streak into regular season finale today at Healdsburg. Team batting average is .408.

Pumas lead NBL by three games. Pitching staff, led by Robin Johnson, has given up 34 runs in 13 league games.

3. SANTA ROSA

Alison Wendler, the only senior on the roster, hitting .413 with three home runs.

4. RANCHO COTATE

Cougars 8-1 at home. Finish regular season at Windsor.

5. CASA GRANDE

Dropped to fourth in league standings following losses last week to Rancho Cotate and Cardinal Newman.

SMALL SCHOOL BOYS

1. ST. HELENA

Last Friday, Danny Brink set record for most hits in a career by a Saints player. He has 96 heading into the postseason.

2. KELSEYVILLE

Pitching is the Knights’ strong suit. Jake Peters has a 1.43 ERA followed by Camillo Diaz at 1.62 and Nic Vargas 1.64.

3. ST. VINCENT

Mustangs are 17-4 this season and 155-40 over the last eight years.

4. CLEAR LAKE

Cardinals closed regular season with wins over Middletown and Cloverdale, finished third in NCL 1.

5. SONOMA ACADEMY

Second-best in NCL-II. Dropped league finale to St. Vincent, 11-2.

SMALL SCHOOL GIRLS

1. CLOVERDALE

Lost to Middletown, 2-0, last Tuesday after beating the Mustangs, 11-3, on April 12.

2. CLEAR LAKE

Cardinals head into the post-season riding a five-game win streak.

3. ST. VINCENT

Beat Rancho Cotate of the NBL on Friday. Mustangs could go all the way in NCS Division 5 for the second year in a row.

4. LOWER LAKE

Trojans completed regular season with 18-6 record.

5. MIDDLETOWN

Yes, the Mustangs have a losing record (9-11) but they own a victory over No. 1 Cloverdale.
