Santa Rosa Junior College will host the fourth Wine Country Baseball Classic Leonhardt Cup Championship this weekend.

The tournament will feature college and amateur players in a wood-bat tournament featuring four teams from Northern California: the defending champion Santa Rosa All Stars, Healdsburg Prune Packers, Santa Rosa Rose Buds and North Bay Honu.

According to tournament founder Howard Leonhardt, all proceeds from tickets sales go to the SRJC light fund. The tournament itself, Leonhardt said, is used as an outlet for players to be seen by pro scouts. Past winners of the tournament include the Santa Rosa Gnats and Petaluma Pirates.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for children. Leonhardt said that one ticket is valid for the entire tournament. The first game features the Honu vs. the Rose Buds at 5:30 p.m. Friday.
