Empire small school basketball’s best meet for a pair of all-star games today in Santa Rosa.

Playing time will be at a premium with deep rosters on both the girls and the boys sides for the second annual evening of basketball featuring the top seniors from the Empire’s four small school prep leagues.

Competition will be strong inside the Rincon Valley Christian High School gym. Nearly half of the players in both games were All-Empire selections this past season out of the NCL I, NCL II, NCL III and Small School Bridge leagues.

Players are in for a full day of basketball. While the players eat lunch coaches will draft teams. Practice sessions follow ahead of the games.

The girls contest tips off at 5:45 p.m. The boys game time is set for 7:30 p.m.

Rincon Valley Christian is at 4585 Badger Road, in Santa Rosa.
