Empire prep athletics are well represented in the ranks of North Coast Section scholar athletes.

Nine of the 24 athletes receiving NCS Foundation Scholarships competed for Empire high schools this past school year.

The awards recognize seniors competing in varsity sports who carry a 3.3 minimum grade point average, are involved in school service or leadership, and volunteer in their communities.
